Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • your item is defective,
  • damaged,
  • or you received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to the nature of the products, including:

  • Room sprays
  • Bath and body products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Opened or used self-care products

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item you currently have and place a new order once the return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be:

  • unused,
  • unopened,
  • in original packaging,
  • and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
